SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA ACETOMODENA
For three generations the Società Agricola AcetoModena has specialized in the production of balsamic vinegar of Modena, a typical product of Emilia Romagna. Only grapes coming from local vineyards are used in its production, in accordance with a slow processing which respects the aging times of the must.
From the traditional PDO balsamic vinegar to fruit-based dressings, the productions of the company are able to satisfy all palates, also reaching international markets.
Among the high-quality dressings, the Supreme Balsamic Vinegar is obtained from the cooked grape must of the typical Modenese varieties Trebbiano and Lambrusco. After the fermentation process, it is left to mature in wooden barrels, following the same method of processing and conservation of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar PDO. This process gives the product a characteristic aroma.
The result is a dense balsamic vinegar, with an unmistakable dark color. The taste is intense and fruity, perfect on both savory and sweet dishes. Ideal in combination with aged cheeses, red fruit salad and desserts, especially ice cream and chocolate cakes.
