Don Gaudio Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of two varieties of olive: Coratina and Ogliarola. This oil has a strong and fruity taste and it has been awarded the prize for the best extra virgin olive oil blend. Once picked, the olives are separated from branches and leaves and they are then washed and dried.
This product is excellent and unique, thanks to the accurate temperature control, the limited presence of air and the short processing times that are essential to avoid oxidation and heating processes.
The Don Gaudio Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced, processed and packaged in Giovinazzo, a small town in Puglia.
