Don Gaudio Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a Blend, obtained from the processing of Coratina and Ogliarola, two varieties of olives. He received the prize of best extra virgin olive oil blend – intense fruity. Once collected, the olives are immediately separated by branches and leaves, and then gently washed and dried.
The accurate and scrupulous temperature control, the reduced presence of air and the low processing times, avoid unwanted oxidation and heating processes, thus making this oil excellent and extremely precious.
