PASTIFICIO DUCATO D’AMALFI
The Pastificio Ducato d’Amalfi is a pasta factory specialised in the production of Gragnano Pasta PGI. Born from the idea of 5 women united by the common love for their roots, the Pastificio Ducato d’Amalfi combines the centuries-old tradition of Gragnano pasta and technological innovation, in order to create a high-quality handmade product.
The pasta is made with 100% Italian durum wheat flour, processed with water coming from the sources of Lattari Mountains and bronze drawn.
It is then left to dry using the slow drying technique and packaged by hand in recyclable packaging. Each pasta format thus encloses all the authentic flavor of the real pasta of Gragnano.
Among the various pasta formats, the Eliche are characterized by their particular curled shape that ensures perfect cooking and retains the seasoning. They are therefore ideal with sauces and legumes, such as chickpeas and beans.
