Since 1922 the Piedmontese company Gallup has specialised in the production of baked desserts. The name of the company comes from the homonymous Piedmontese term “gallup” which means “delicious”, just like its productions known nationally and internationally.
The Easter Colomba Special Edition is produced with 100% Italian high-quality ingredients, which preserve all the taste of made in Italy traditional pastry.
Colomba’s ingredients: Egg yolk of class A from free range hens 8%, candied orange rind 12%, cherries 10%, mandarin/orange essential oils, whole milk 3%, butter, natural flavors, wheat flour, sugar, natural yeast, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), cocoa butter, salt, barley malt, honey, natural extract of vanilla berries.
Frosting ingredients: Nocciola Piemonte IGP delle Langhe (Piedmont Hazelnut) 9%, mandorle d’Avola (Sicilian almonds) 2%,
white egg of class A from free range hens, granulated sugar 4%, rice flour, rice starch, wheat starch, sunflower seed oil, natural flavors.
