Since 1994, Cooperativa Solagri has pursued the dream of bringing to table all the taste of Campania’s citruses. Thanks to the president Mariano Valentino Vinaccia and his attachment to his native land, the company has grown a lot and over 300 farms joined it. Their products are distributed nationally and internationally, mainly in France, Japan and in the United States of America.
The company’s strength is its ability to fully preserve the taste and quality of the products. Chemical-free raw materials are carefully selected to be used in their productions. They are genuine, authentic and suitable for any palate.
Among the company’s productions, the Sorrentine Orange Marmalade fully embodies the company’s philosophy. Sugar and over 85% of oranges are its only ingredients, resulting in a marmalade with a lively color, tasty as the homemade one. Each jar preserves all the flavor of freshly picked fruit.
The oranges give an intense aroma and a slightly bitter taste. For this reason we recommend pairing it with aged cheese or ricotta. It is also perfect both as an appetizer and in the preparation of desserts.
