One of his most popular recipes is Panpepato Imperiale, a cake that combines Oriental and Occidental traditions. Malaysian ingredients are added to the traditional recipe; hazelnuts from Rome and Italian honey are mixed with exotic fruits, cinnamon and pepper to obtain a delicious cake.
Panpepato has a round shape and is made with dried fruit, candied fruit, honey and spices, especially black pepper, without additives or artificial colours. Its aroma is unique and its flavour is intense, with a slightly spicy aftertaste.
