Onions Donna Canfora are produced thanks to the marinade of the best Red Onions of Tropea PGI and mint, according to a recipe inspired by an ancient legend: the legend of Donna Canfora.

Tropea Red Onion, formerly imported by the Phoenicians, is still grown in Calabria. Its oval shape, its sweetness and its precious characteristics, are due to the particularly stable microclimate in the winter, without temperature changes due to the mild action exerted by the proximity of the sea, and fresh soils.
