La Favorita is a family business founded in 1979 by Adolfo Bruno. The company is located in Piedmont, a region famous for its great food and wine. Truffles, walnuts, hazelnuts, rice and wine are just some of the products that Adolfo and his company use to make their delicious products.
Among the products of the farm, black truffle tagliatelle is worth mentioning. This made-in-Italy tagliatelle is delicious. It has an excellent consistency and porosity and the black truffle gives it a special flavour.
Toss the tagliatelle with olive oil, parmesan and parsley or, if you want a stronger flavour, with meat sauces.
