Bio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is a Monocultivar, obtained from the processing of Coratina, a variety of olive. Once collected, the olives are immediately separated by branches and leaves, and then gently washed and dried.

The accurate and scrupulous temperature control, the reduced presence of air and the low processing times, avoid unwanted oxidation and heating processes, thus making this oil excellent and extremely precious. The production, transformation and packaging area of Coratina Bio extra virgin olive oil is located in Giovinazzo, Puglia.
